For all of you who are going through the turmoil of the Menopause or indeed the Perimenopause this may be a good lecture for you. Run by a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Emma Smith, and aimed at you, my patients.
This is a very confusing time, unfortunately often quite a long time, where it is very difficult to know what to put down to the Menopause and its myriad of symptoms. It is definitely a consideration when treating many of my female patients of a certain age. Being informed can often help us to take more control of the issues and approach this inevitable stage of our lives in a more positive light. Don’t let it beat you!
